Admission Procedure

NEET Qualification

Candidates must qualify NEET-UG 2026 and satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by NCISM, RGUHS & KEA.

KEA Registration

Register online through the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) within the notified counselling schedule.

Choice Filling

Select College Code – 1742

Seat Allotment

Admission seats are allotted by KEA based on NEET rank, reservation policy, and web options.

Report to College

Candidates allotted a seat must report to the college with original documents before the last reporting date.

Document Verification

Original certificates will be verified according to KEA, RGUHS, and NCISM regulations.

Fee Payment

Pay the prescribed admission fee and complete all admission formalities.

Admission Confirmation

Admission is confirmed after successful verification, fee payment, and university approval.

Academic Documents

SSLC Marks Card, II PUC/12th Marks Card, Transfer Certificate, Study Certificate.

Admission Documents

NEET Score Card, KEA Allotment Order, Aadhaar Card, Passport-size Photographs.

Reserved Category

Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, Rural/Kannada Medium Certificate (if applicable).

Other Documents

Migration Certificate and Eligibility Certificate (if applicable).

Out-of-State Students

Students from other states shall produce the Eligibility Certificate issued by RGUHS, Bengaluru, wherever applicable.

Foreign/NRI candidates should contact the Admission Office for eligibility, visa requirements, and document verification before admission.

Important Note

Admission to the BAMS Course is made only through KEA Counselling as per the guidelines of NCISM, RGUHS, and the Government of Karnataka.

Admission Criteria

To enroll for Ayurveda graduation (B.A.M.S.), you must meet the following entry criteria.

Educational Qualification
He or she should have passed PUC (12th Standard) with Science with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. or

Board Recognition & NEET
Any other equivalent qualification recognized by State Governments and State Education Boards concerned with the examinations.(NEET qualifiaction is Mandatory )

Interview & Merit
The candidates are interviewed to determine the aptitude for taking up the degree and are selected on the basis of their performance in the interview and their PUC ranking.

Age Requirement
The candidate should be 17 years of age (minimum) as on 31st December in the year of admission.
